Well I'm not off to such a good start today... 1st time eating all day, but I did do portion control. Man am I still hungry, but I'll eat again in 3 hours.
So I had 1/2 grilled pork chop, 1/2 cup homemade flavored white rice(ck base, onion, green beans, corn, carrots, peas, & celery) and 1 cup a green bean, wax bean, and carrot mix.
I'll eat the same thing on my next meal.
I plan on walking 1/2mile tonight too.
