So breakfast was a 1 egg omelette with onions and mushrooms, and a cup of honey oatmeal.
Lunch was (Hartz Ck) 2 liver pieces, 2 rolls, and greens.
Dinner was 1 sm grilled ck breast, roasted veggies, and a small baked potato with a hint of cheese and ranch.
Did my walk. I'm getting faster at it. Think I'm going to have to add another lap soon.
